Wharf One Food & Wine is the newest restaurant at the Darwin Waterfront, that opened on the 28 May 2015. Our restaurant’s industrial decor is chic and welcoming, and every table has spectacular water-views of the lagoon and the Darwin Harbour. It’s hard to decide if you want to sit outside in the alfresco area that is undercover with fans or inside in the air-conditioning.

We work on making everything we do generous with robust flavours and our Chef’s draw on their diverse food experiences, use the best ingredients and local produce they can get their hands on. They will cook food you love to eat. Many of our dishes are prepared over our wood burning grill that infuses our food with a mouth-watering subtle smoke that enhances the flavour of everything.

Our chef-inspired dishes are made to order and prepared in our open-air kitchen, making you part of the culinary experience.
